Your check-out time is on your Airbnb booking. Nothing complicated to do — please just work through the list below before you go.
チェックアウト時刻はAirbnbのご予約内容をご確認ください。ご退出前に以下をお願いいたします。
- Leave sorted rubbish in the three bins. ゴミは3つの分別ゴミ箱へ。 Please do not put anything out on the street — we handle collection. How to sort → 路上には出さないでください。回収は当方で手配します。分別方法 →
- Wash up, or stack dishes in the sink. 食器は洗うか、シンクにまとめてください。
- Leave used towels and linen where we asked. 使用済みのタオル・リネンは指定の場所へ。 As described in your Airbnb message.Airbnbのメッセージのご案内に従ってください。
- Turn off the air conditioning and all lights. エアコンと照明を消してください。
- Close and lock all windows. 窓をすべて閉めて施錠してください。
- Check the usual hiding places. 忘れ物をご確認ください。 Chargers by the bed, things in the bathroom, passports in a drawer, clothes still hanging up. 枕元の充電器、浴室の小物、引き出しの中、掛けたままの衣類。
- Return the key as instructed in your Airbnb message. 鍵はAirbnbのメッセージでご案内した方法でお戻しください。 Then close the front door firmly behind you. 玄関扉はしっかり閉めてください。

Where to leave your bags
荷物を預けたい場合
Coin lockers are inside Keihan Gion-Shijo Station, two minutes' walk. There are larger luggage storage counters around Kyoto Station if you have a full day before your train.
徒歩2分の京阪祇園四条駅にコインロッカーがあります。京都駅周辺には手荷物預かり所もあります。
If you need to leave bags here after check-out, message us — it depends on the day.

Convenience stores accept domestic delivery (takkyubin) to your next hotel — usually next-day, and far easier than carrying a suitcase on the Shinkansen. Post offices handle international parcels.
